Dr. Casey Donohue, Ruminant Veterinarian
Introducing Casey Donohue, DVM. Her focus is in farm animals such as goats, sheep, alpacas, llamas, cows, and even pet pigs! Dr. Casey grew up in New Jersey where she spent her years raising all sorts of small animals. It wasn't until she attended undergraduate at the University of Rhode Island where she quickly found her love of ruminants. She went on to pursue food animal medicine throughout her undergraduate and veterinary school career. After receiving her veterinary degree from Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine, she moved to Gainesville Florida with her boyfriend and their two dogs to pursue the next veterinary adventure. Her main interests are small ruminant health and management, in particular preventative medicine and hoof health. she also enjoys working with camelids, cattle and the occasional pet pig. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her two dogs, Bruizer & Sophie Marie. She also loves to paddle board and kayak. When she is able, she loves to travel and see her family who are back in New Jersey. Dr. Casey is an amazing addition to the Performance Equine family!
