Adrien Camut Calvados 6 YearThe Camut family has grown 115 acres of apple trees in the Pays d'Auge region of Normandy since the 1800s, known for the finest growing region for Calvados. The apples harvested are made into cider, which is then double distilled in two 75 year old wood fueled stills. During its first 2 years the Calvados is transferred between many barrels to promote healthy oxidation. Over time it is moved to large wooden vats, where it matures and mellows out
