Darjeeling GinAs the name promises, Darjeeling Gin from California Distilled Spirits is tea kissed (without being excessively heavy on the tea). Earl grey, cardamom, and cinnamon on the nose. The palate is quite complex and even slightly smoky with black tea leaves, floral lavender notes, and a warm citrus undertone. There's distinct juniper on the mid palate, and long finish of cardamom, black peppercorns, green tea, and even a hint of mint.
