3 Fonteinen Nocturne '24/25For this small batch of Nocturne, we blended three different millsimes of this once in a year brew. Around the coldest of nights, we then brew a dark pure malt beer that we ferment and mature on our oak lambik barrels. While blending a very old portion in this case, both six year old (46%) and three year old versions (44%) with a fresh brew, we make it our version of a Vlaams Oud Bruin. The weighted average age of this blend is more than 51 months.
