Storing Up The LightI love nestling rough opals into acorn caps its such a perfect combination. This opal is a rich warm yellow with flashes of mostly red fire (although lots of other colors show up too) and I accented it with garnet, tourmaline, citrine, and hessonite. The wire is the newer pale gold brass, which is VERY close to the tone of 14k gold like all my wire, its enamel coated to prevent tarnishing and skin reactions.
