Master Procurement AgreementThis Master Agreement template is for use where a client or a customer will enter into multiple agreements with the same service provider or supplier. The parties can then make use of the master agreement which agreement will contain all the legal terms and conditions that will govern the overarching contractual relationship between the parties.
