Schnabel is shown giving a lesson, cigar in hand, and has boldly signed in black ink in the lower blank margin. Mounted to heavy stock, overall in very good condition. Good signed photographs of Schnabel are elusive. His teacher, Theodor Leschetizky, once told him: You will never be a pianist. You are a musician.
