Hotel Nacional Cocktail KitIf you've been to Havana, it's a good bet you've had a drink or three at the truly grand Hotel Nacional, an icon of the city. The hotel's signature drink from it's opening in 1930 was this little number with pineapple juice and apricot brandy, a sumptuously fruity affair. Our take cuts the juice in favor of pineapple gum syrup as the sweetener, with the divine Blume Marillen eau de vie elevating the Apricot slot. A dash of Angostura rounds it all out,
