Sheher BaadSheher Baad Sheher Baad is a pure georgette hand dyed saree created using resist and clamp dyeing. The fabric is folded and compressed before immersion in dye so colour reaches the textile selectively. Small block markings appear where the cloth is tightly clamped and dye is resisted. The saree is opened, repositioned, and dyed again across multiple dye baths to build layered forms across the body. The design is not printed or stamped. The pattern
